To reset your Transformer 15K or Carrier 13K trailer dolly remote controller, follow one of these simple procedures!
The procedure will be different depending on the version of wireless remote you have. For both procedures, begin with the dolly powered off.
a. Controller with Reset Button → This version will have an instruction sticker on the back of the remote.
- Flip over the remote and find a small hole beside the charging port.
- Insert a paperclip (or something similar) into the hole. The red LED should turn OFF.
- Continue to hold for 5 seconds, then remove the paperclip. The red LED should turn ON to indicate that the remote has been reset.
- Turn on power to the dolly, and it should operate normally!
b. No Reset Button → This version will NOT have reset instructions on the back of the remote.
- Push the controller’s LOW button to turn on the remote. The red LED should now be ON.
- Press and hold the “Left Down” arrow and the LOW button at the EXACT same time. The red LED should turn OFF. If it still continues to blink, let go and try again.
- Continue to hold these 2 buttons for 5 seconds. The red LED will blink once indicating that the circuit has been reset.
- Turn on power to the dolly, and it should operate normally!
